Standing at 5’6” and weighing 66 lb (≈30 kg), NEO can lift up to 154 lb (≈70 kg) and carry up to 55 lb (≈25 kg), featuring 22-degree-of-freedom hands for human-like dexterity. Its soft polymer body ensures safe interaction, while quiet operation (≈22 dB) makes it suitable for home environments.

NEO is powered by a cognitive AI system combining vision, speech, and motion recognition, allowing it to fetch items, organize shelves, fold laundry, and respond to voice commands. Users can schedule tasks via a companion app, and for chores it cannot fully handle autonomously, remote human tele-operation is available. The robot is available for $20,000 for early buyers or $499/month via a subscription plan with a six-month minimum commitment.
